Pastor Courtney Street has a passion for expanding the local ministry and advancing the kingdom of God. He believes that this can be accomplished when every believer returns to his mission to show off Christ and make disciples of everyone everywhere through personal evangelism, honorable conduct, and active concern for those who are hurting.
Courtney was born in Jamaica and immigrated to the United States as a young man. He was living in Maryland when he received the call to full-time ministry. He Pastored in Fort Worth, TX for 4 years before being called to the mission field.
Courtney served as an IMB missionary for 18 years in South America and throughout the Caribbean. Most recently he has served as the CEO of Caribbean Connect Global Mission Network. In his more than 20 years of missions work, he has planted multiple churches, trained church planters, provided pastoral and theological training for leaders, and created and implemented strategic action plans for church growth and community development.
Courtney holds a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is happily married to Arleen, his wife of over 30 years and partner on the missionary field. They have 4 young adult children. When not on the mission field, Courtney can most certainly be found with a fishing pole in hand!
Pastor Courtney is a servant leader, striving to lead like Jesus. He joined the Trinity Family as Senior Pastor in early Summer, 2020.
Associate Pastor of Youth
Ebonie Davis is a native of the Washington Metropolitan area. She was heavily influenced by her mother who was a bi-vocational minister, and father who was involved in social justice work. She credits them for nurturing her love of God and desire to minister to the underserved.
Ebonie accepted Christ as a young teenager and was baptized at Word of Faith Christian church at 16 years old. Her first taste of ministry was teaching Sunday School classes under the mentorship of her own youth pastor, as a high school student.
After marrying her (now Retired) Air Force Husband, they were stationed in Okinawa Japan. While living there she found a great job teaching 6th grade studies at an English immersion Christian school. It wasn't long before the principal was asking her to lead chapel services, and Ebonie -very reluctantly- discovered her gifting. It is also here that a passion for Multicultural ministry was kindled, as she experienced the beauty of working and worshiping with students from all over the world.
"Ms. Eb" was called to youth ministry at Trinity in 2007. She feels abundantly blessed to serve her amazing and beautifully diverse youth. She sees her primary role as helping teens discover the joy that comes from a deep connection with Jesus.
In addition to her ministry work, Ebonie is a research consultant, helping nationally recognized Christian organizations identify best ministry practices. She is the author of several youth ministry articles, and a contributing writer on the NLT “Three Story” Bible published by Tyndale and Youth for Christ/USA and Zondervan's "True Images Bible" for teen girls. She is currently co-writing a book on Adolescent Joy.
Ebonie holds a Master’s degree from Huntington University in Student Ministry Leadership. Eb loves hanging out with her favorite teens, Caleb and Lillian, and Clay, her husband of more than 20 years. She is overwhelmed by God's goodness!
